John Ferrara is the bassist for sci-fi Middle Eastern fusion band Consider the Source, as well as the John Ferrara + Seth Moutal Duo. Originally hailing from New York City, John tours the globe year-round, playing concerts and teaching master classes on fusing Middle Eastern and Western music. Individually, John has earned praise in the bass world for his unique, aggressive and rhythmically complex approach to slap bass. He's an avid user of Hartke amps, cabinets and combos, and credits a big part of his sound to them.
